Requirements
Technical higher education – Engineering;
Relevant previous experience;
Social and intercultural sensitivity;
Good knowledge of production management systems;
Leadership and assertiveness skills;
Good negotiation and communication skills;
English language – advanced;

Conflict management.
Responsibilities
Ensures cost efficiency and delivery capability in area of responsibility (complete and on-time order execution);
Ensures quality performance, planned production results and on-time delivery;
Ensures timely preparation and implementation of the production plan
Prepares operational reports on production progress;
Ensures the introduction of quality standards in the operational system;
Ensures uniform distribution of production and correct use of production equipment and resources;
Provides support in RFQ requirements/ implementation of new projects;
Provides information and follow-up on optimization of direct and indirect processes;
Leads continuous improvement activities in the area of responsibility together with the OPEX team;
Assumes responsibility for tracking defined indicators with; daily/weekly/monthly monitoring and implements measures and escalations as required (e.g. KOSU, KATA);
Identifies cost reduction potential in production areas;
Ensures delivery of products to customers;
Satisfies customer requirements;
Provides customer with prompt answers to production related questions;
Supports customer audits/visits together with leading functions;
Performs detailed planning of staffing requirements in line with S&OP and new projects / EOP with support departments;
Motivates teams in achieving a high level of efficiency while maintaining/improving quality;
Coordinates employee performance appraisal activities (e.g. target agreements, development plans, succession plan, etc.);
Conducts regular communication meetings with the team (daily ad-hoc meetings, shift entry-exit meetings, team meetings, etc) on performance / customer feedback / SHE topics, etc.
