We are looking for new colleagues to join us as Senior Puppet Operations Manager in a complex project in collaboration with our client, a multinational professional services brand of firms, the second-largest professional services network in the world, considered one of the Big Four accounting firm.
5+ years of experience in Puppet Operations Manager or similar role
At least 3 years of experience in Linux operations
At least 1 year of supervisory or team-lead experience
Proficient with common Linux command-line tools
Proficient with reading and debugging at least one procedural programming language, such as Bash, Go Lang, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, puppet, python, or ruby
Experience with troubleshooting errors from a system administration viewpoint
Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, routing, and firewalls
Experience in reading and interpreting log files in a variety of formats
Experience with Enterprise Change Management controls and processes
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
Proven ability to lead, document, and report on team activities
Excellent multitasking and communication skills
Advanced level of English
Basic understanding of Windows operation and troubleshooting
Ability to read and understand Powershell code
Working knowledge of the following:
○ Bash scripting

○ Git command-line

○ Github hosted repository management

Puppet Certified Professional (PCP) certification
Proficient with use of Puppet Enterprise Console, including:
○ Node Groups and Classification Rules

○ Puppet Query Language

○ Orchestration Services, including Tasks and Plans

○ Error reporting and troubleshooting

RedHat Satellite repository configuration and management
Experience maintaining and enforcing security standards, such as:
○ SOC2

○ CIS Benchmarks

○ Information Security Policy (ISP) Controls.

Responsabilitati

Help design and develop new training curriculum;
Collaborate with partners and suppliers to create great content;
Write scripts and help design videos and demos;
Use customer feedback and content analytics to inform future training investments and day-to-day improvements;
Envision and drive experiments to test out new ideas;
Collaborate with team to be sure we have the right training content for product releases and events.
