Analysis of courier agencies according to their performance;
KPI's analysis of courier agencies;
Manage onboarding, training, and maintaining a healthy community;
Design and execute strategies to increase driver's engagement and loyalty while reducing churn rate;
Solve problems by analyzing and deriving insights from large, complex sets of data;
