About this opportunity
As an 1st level Operations Telecommunication Engineer with French, you will be able to combine deep network knowledge with analytical, customer-service, and organizational leadership to make sure our networks are running as smoothly as possible.

Responsibilities:

• 24/7 Monitoring and 1st level troubleshooting of the RNC/BSC Radio and Mobile Access Service of one of the most prominent Telco Operators in France.
• On-the-spot management of incidents by ensuring follow-up and/or escalation in line with the resolution objectives.
• Handling fulfillment of requests around the clock, carrying out transmission cuts of a radio site in accordance with instructions and requirements. On-site attendance management and field coordination.
• Managing localized and non-localized customer complaints with maximum end-to-end autonomy ( e.g. call interruptions, degradation of voice quality, speed ratings and/or VMS pb, SMS, unreachable number, etc)
• On-site Attendance Management
• 24-hour call pick-up for incident handling

Key skills:

• Good understanding of telecommunication networks and network elements;
• Capability to manage and organize information systematically, making it easily accessible and understandable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively sharing knowledge and collaborating with team members.
• Familiarity with Ericsson/Huawei Equipment
• Scripting knowledge, familiarity with command line
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Intermediate French knowledge ( B2 level) and availability to improve it on the job and via internal courses.
• Availability to work in shifts
