    Cerinte

    Gi Group is looking for Customer Support Specialist with German / Italian / French / Polish for the "Digital Power Department"of our global client acting in the field of telecommunications and IT.

    Location: Bucharest / Timisoara

    Schedule: Full-time, Full-office, Monday – Friday, 10:00-18:30

    Requirements:

    Education: University degree;
    More than 1-year customer support experience - nice to have;
    Fluency in English with minimum B2 level in German/ Italian/ Dutch/ Polish/ French/ Turkish;
    Good customer communication skills;
    Being interested / motivated to learn about renewable energy;
    Power system or renewable energy industry related experience (For candidate who speaks only English).

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for level 1 technical support, provide solution to customer via email, phone and other channels;
    Output customer issue analysis report, improve customers’ satisfaction;
    Onsite support for major or critical problems.
