IT Application Support Specialist

Job Description

Your responsibilities:

• Create and monitor change request/ business requests for local and corporate applications;
• Provide support and ensure user acceptance tests for ERP / checkout systems;
• Identify and solve the technical or functional errors (incl. by addressing them to service providers);
• Create a full suite of requirements, business, technical and non-functional together with all stakeholders;
• Ensure Business - IT alignment across projects.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification;
• Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL - PL/SQL;
• Experience in supporting ERP applications;
• Ability to understand business processes and connect them to IT Systems logic;
• Ability to understand and prioritize the needs of the customer;
• Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently;
• Proficiency in English;
• High interest in continuous learning and development ( new tools, technologies, methodologies);
• Ability to create proof of concepts together with the clients;
• Self-motivation to achieve consistently high quality results;
• Very good analytical skills and open to ideas and new challenges;
