What will you do: As Operational Planning Associate, you will be responsible for:
- ensure a precise level of Marketing budget administration and monitoring
- managing the processes related to the marketing budget administration
- accurate registration of orders and expenses by cost centers
- provide support to budget holders in planning exercises and acts as a single point of contact with the Financial department and GBS Finance
- administrative tasks related to the Marketing department
- collaborate with all Marketing Department members and with other internal functions (Finance, Car Fleet, GBS, etc.) or external partners (121 Agencies) in order to fulfill your duties
- archive financial-accounting, legal documents and specific documents for Marketing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of administration and budget planning and working with numbers&systems
- Experience in project management
- Experience in contract management is a plus
- English knowledge – medium writing and speaking skills
- Financial knowledge
- Analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Strong numerical abilities
- Project management skills
- Very good PC Skills: MS Office (Excel); SAP
- Very good communication skills / customer orientation
- Proactive and good team player
