Working Student - Purchasing Assistant

A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Working Student for Purchasing, you will be providing assistance in carrying out procurement tasks such as but not limited to: analyzing procurement data, balancing supplier interactions and master data maintenance.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Creating and monitoring Purchase orders
• Securing order confirmations and delivery dates
• Securing and checking supplier documentation, such as supplier declarations, certificates of origin and others.
• Responsibility for the material supply (in time and in proper quantity) and in parallel securing the proper stock.
• Interaction and close cooperation with the following internal departments: Quality Management, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing and externally to Suppliers

What You Bring

• Current Studies preferably in a business or technical field or training with relevant work experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Good knowledge and interest in procurement
• Advanced MS Office tools
• Preferably some SAP/ ERP knowledge
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proactive /self-initiative
