Working Student - Order Management Assistant with German

A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Working Student for Order Management, you will be doing efficient and effective handling of orders within the SAP system, precise scheduling of deadlines and streamlined logistics.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Data entry in IT tools relevant for order processing (mainly SAP)
• Creating and releasing of orders in SAP
• Creating of order confirmations in SAP
• Clarification / Updating in case of delivery date changes from factory or customer side.
• Tracking of order confirmations
• Tracking of delivery dates and logistic milestones
• Checking, gathering, summarizing, and forwarding the delivery documentation.
• Requesting and following up of delivery documentation of sub-suppliers

What You Bring

• Current Studies preferably in a business or technical field or training with relevant work experience
• German language skills at least basic level
• Strong communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Advanced MS Office tools
• Preferably some SAP/ ERP knowledge
• Proactive /self-initiative
