    This role is based in the  Michelin Corporate Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Personnel and Service Management. 

    What we’re looking for:

    • Bachelor’s Degree;
    • Fluency in English and French (at least B2 level);
    • Recruitment and administrative experience would be a plus;
    • Communication skills;
    • Strong organizational skills;
    • Time management abilities.


    The Recruitment Assistant will:
    Working together with local recruitment team (from France), supporting the following activities:
    • Schedule First and Second rounds of interviews with candidates;
    • Manage the exchanges with all the participants in the recruitment panel (recruiters, hiring managers, HR BPs and others).
    • Manage the candidate expenses reimbursements related to travel for recruitment purposes;
    Manage the employment contract preparation and the hiring process within Workday:
    • Prepare the contract for all types of collaboration (CDD, CDI, blue and white collars);
    • Monitoring signatures and answering to administrative questions;
    • Manage hiring related topics that may appear;
