Requirements

University degree in Technical Engineering
Previous experience in a similar position
Strong attitude for teamwork, interpersonal skills and problem-solving
Communication and organisation skills
English - Intermediate/Advanced
SAP - constitues avantage
MS Office operating knowledge (Excel, Word)
Availability to travel to Italy and Switzerland

Responsibilities

Continuous improvement of production, focus on quality and production cost reduction in line with Lean Manufacturing principles and good knowledge of production / manufacturing processes;
Participate at the implementation of new projects and ensure their management / record keeping;
Change management flow on customers notifications;
Component failure detection, analysis and repair;
Nice to have:
Knowledge on industrial machines, maintenance program and programs in automatic testing of electronic boards.
