Working Student - Application Performance Monitoring

A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Working Student you will be offered an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in APM processes.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Maintain APM data in ServiceNow
• Run data certification in ServiceNow including chasing the application and asset owners to maintain APM data
• Support APM Business Application registration (including follow up with BC Teams)
• Work app owners on establishing Application Services and CIs connection
• Support SGRE in ServiceNow operational topics

What You Bring

• ServiceNow APM experience would be helpful
• Sociable, curious and open to learn
• Not afraid to ask questions to understand tasks and projects
• Previous experience/involvement in student activities, NGO's
• Excellent command of English is required to work in a multi-cultural environment
