    Requirements

    Student in final year(s) of study (preferably in Economics)
    Ability to carry out assigned projects to completion
    Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
    Good English knowledge
    Proficient in the use of MS Office
    Proactive attitude
    Available for working full time (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30) starting with April 1 until September 30, 2024

    Responsibilities

    Provides support to the Raw Materials Purchasing Team for the acquisition and logistics of production materials used in the Factory:

    -Master data maintenance for materials
    -Ordering production materials from international suppliers with a multi-million $ annual spend
    -Involved in cross-functional projects, working closely with various functions (Production Planning, Finance, Warehouse, Customer Service, New Product Development & Global Supply Chain)
    -Offer support for scheduling transport for production materials with pick-up locations from Europe/Asia
    -Interacting with worldwide used SAP S4H
    -Involved in new project developments assuring timely implementation in production.
    -Receives and organizes all supply and transport related documents and works closely with financial department and other structures for accurate registration in SAP.
