    VON Consulting is an HR Consultancy company, providing solutions and services in the following areas: recruitment and executive search, personnel leasing, payroll, administration and training.

    Cerinte

    1-2 years of relevant work experience in performing sales operations and data analysis.
    Understanding of subscription revenue model is a plus.
    A bachelor’s degree is required.
    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
    MS Excel skills are required in order to handle large data sets, while familiarity with Salesforce.com or MS Dynamics is a bonus.
    The position requires the ability to multi-task and be detail oriented. Accuracy is essential for this position as the team is responsible for providing vital data to multiple teams across the organization which rely on it to complete their daily tasks and job functions.

    Responsabilitati

    The Sales Operation Analyst will be able to work effectively as an individual contributor, as well as with other team members located around the world, from various functions throughout the organization, ensuring continuous improvement of sales processes, analytics and reporting. The candidate will collaborate with diverse groups and develop relationships with a range of organizations, being able to interpret and present insight into the customer data.

    What you’ll Do
    Create and update account information and assisting in overall data integrity;
    Help maintain sales territory assignment rules;
    Contribute to the maintenance of company’s Sales Customer Hierarchy;
    Create Opportunities in Salesforce that help Sales Teams manage and forecast their pipeline;
    Work with Sales Teams and other Stakeholders to assist them in ad-hoc day-to-day requests/activities (reporting, forecasting, opportunity management, data cleansing & mapping, general issues/questions, etc.);
    Heavy involvement in mapping tasks related to CRM integration of companies acquired by company;
    Support other ad-hoc projects as determined by Manager of Sales Operations.
