    About the role

    Booking Holdings is currently undergoing a Finance Transformation initiative that will drive effective finance/accounting support for business management, promote strong governance and control in the organization, and have a world-class finance organization in terms of execution and efficiency.

    To support this transformation, we are hiring a Senior Revenue Process Analyst within the Global Accounting Organization. This role, reporting to the Global Process Owner, Revenue Accounting, will be responsible for helping drive standardized global processes, leveraging best in class technology being implemented globally, and ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.

    Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

    • Preparing analyses related to revenue recognition as per BHI accounting policies.
    • Partnering with the Brand accounting and operations teams to ensure appropriate application of the BHI revenue recognition and breakage accounting policies and to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, identifying potential impacts on revenue and financial risk and escalating them to the BHI technical accounting team, as appropriate.
    • Participating in process improvement and automation efforts to streamline accounting operations related to revenue accounting and improve the quality of monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, and internal controls.
    • Participating in projects that impact worldwide revenue processes and procedures, including partnering with OTC GPO in the area of billing, collections and revenue recognition to ensure compliance with BHI Accounting Policies.
    • Partnering with Risk & Controls on revenue controls improvement.
    • Staying current on related upcoming changes to accounting pronouncements and BHI accounting policies.

    Role Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • 5-8 years of Finance and Accounting experience
    • Demonstrated experience working in a global matrix organization and leading group efforts through influence and communication via strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization
    • Intermediate proficiency in a general ledger or ERP system (SAP a plus)
