What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree;
Fluency in English and French (at least B2 level);
Customer IT support experience would be a plus;
Problem solving skills and ability to provide level one technical assistance;
Team-worker attitude; Proactivity;
Customer-oriented approach & solution focused;
Analytical skills;
Responsabilitati
The HR analyst will:
Respond to requests from employees/partners received in the Service Now tool on the following processes: recruitment, learning, personal data administration, performance, etc.)
Guarantee and validate Business Processes in Workday: dependents, address, personal data, change of name, HR BP update, Expatriation update, move workers, etc.
Process data mass loads, ensure data verification and validation in sandbox, keep the interaction with the support team from Pune.
Manage and monitor chatbot based on analyzes of different requests and process developments;
Keep updated all information and data available for employees and/or partners.
Measure and monitor performance indicators for better management of the activity.
Address to next level support for complex requests that cannot be resolved at this level.
Process error logs for Workday (check the interface between different tools and treat the anomalies);
Alert users and business support in the event of Workday system malfunction.
Raise user awareness when input errors are detected;
Provide the best experience for all employees/ partners in all HR department.
