    Working program in shifts:
    - From Monday to Sunday (08:00 - 22:00) in shifts:
    08:00 -16:00h, 10:00-18:00h, 12:00-20:00h, 14:00-22:00h
    plus 1 weekend/month (16 weekend hours/month).

    Responsabilitati

    Main responsibilities:
    ● Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, and whatsapp
    ● Resolve customer problems and complaints
    ● Answer any questions a customer has
    ● Setup and resolve problems with customer accounts
    ● Handle inquiries about transactions made on the website
    ● Verify customers
    ● Keep records of customer interactions
    ● Direct unresolved issues to a different department if needed
    ● Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
    ● Provide customers with information on any aspects related to the website and
    their accounts
    ● Maintain customer database
    ● Follow company process accurately and efficiently
