Your qualifications

What you will do in this role
As a Technical Customer Advisor on our team, you will:
Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations (ex. different issues regarding mobile devices, laptops etc.)
Manage multichannel interactions (., voice, email, social media, or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
Develop your skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives
Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients
