Requirements
Using your project and organizational skills, you will be responsible for management of various projects to train highly effective salespeople, drive revenue, increase productivity and improve processes. You will lead by influencing working teams within sales enablement around learning programs such as onboarding, methodology/skills, and sales leadership/coaching with focus on the entire program from needs assessment to communications, scheduling and to program measurement.
You will be in a visible position and will require direct interaction with peers and leaders across all these groups. These projects span across multiple subject areas and businesses and will vary depending on the organization being supported; therefore, this role requires someone genuinely curious who enjoys learning about multiple markets, industries, and business models.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of Project Management
2+ of Learning and Development experience
WE VALUE
Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint and modern collaboration tools like
Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, CoPilot and Microsoft Forms.
Working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation
Ability and interest to work with autonomy
Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities
Exceeding internal and external customer expectations
Master’s degree and/or CPTD certification preferred
Experience in sales or sales management
Significant experience in project management
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee logistics, communication and tracking of sales onboarding and sales development programs
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
Close loop of sales development programs through surveys, participant feedback to show ROI
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and metrics to determine performance gaps and identify opportunities, priorities, and recommended training
Analyze needs of various sales roles and develop innovative and creative training solutions
Create and deliver customized learning modules to meet long and short-term needs of various sales roles for use in the classroom or virtually
Act as liaison for other teams to ensure curriculum is accurate
Maintain updated training content in our Learning Management System (LMS)
Coach sales team on best use of enablement materials
Manage scheduling for learning programs across all locations/regions
