PepsiCo Romania is looking for YOU – the greatest young potential leader. What is it exactly? From Sales to Marketing, on-the-job learning but we will also develop you into a true professional leader, by accessing several rotations, in different commercial departments. The duration of the program is 2 years and 6 months and you will have a specific, well-defined, full-time role in each of the rotations. 

The successful FirstGen PepsiCo Graduates will get the opportunity to develop their commercial awareness by spending time in each of the PepsiCo commercial functions, ultimately progressing their careers in an area of expertise that best suits their attributes and those of the business.

• To be in the final year of Bachelor, Master’s student or even a young professional with maximum 3 years of professional experience 
• Extracurricular experience abroad or (voluntary) work- extracurricular activities   
• Able to dedicate yourself full-time to the role 
• Have basic knowledge of business and management 
• Prove an entrepreneurial thinking and creative mind 
• Hands on mentality, fast learner and dedicated to self-development 
• Strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail
