Corporate Affairs Internship

What will you do?

• Responsible for providing support in corporate affairs & communications activities:
• Contributes to activities to promote Community Investment programmes such as the JTI Meetings
• Contributes to activities for increasing JTI's visibility at partner events: Sibiu International Theatre Festival, Transilvania Film Festival, etc.
• Write internal presentations, assist in drafting contracts with traditional partners
• Contributes to the editorial process within internal communication elements (JTI TV, magazine, newsletter, Workplace posts).
• Provides support for other activities related to external and internal communication - filming, photo shoots, organisation of internal events, visits, etc.

Who are we looking for?

• Student in final year(s) of study preferably - degree in Economics/ PR & Communication/ Psychology represents an advantage;
• Motivation to learn and to develop as professional in communications area;
• Good English knowledge;
• Good communication abilities and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive attitude;
• Good time management skills;
• Computer literate

Commitment:
Full time flexible program: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
Period: May 1st – September 30th 2024
Location: mix with work from home
JTI Romania HQ : Bucharest, Dimitrie Pompei 9-9A.
