Looking for a challenging and dynamic role? We are in search of a meticulous Content Moderator to join our team! As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and respectful online environment by reviewing and analyzing various forms of content.


This position may entail working on a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts. Daily content review may involve encountering sensitive material including but not limited to graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
Qualifications:
💼 Previous experience in content moderation would be advantageous.
🎓 High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
🌍 Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Bulgarian, in addition to English (at least B2 level).

Responsabilitati

Responsibilities:
📝 Review and analyze online content including videos, social media posts, web pages, and advertisements to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
👀 Examine content in multiple formats such as text, images, audio, and video on a daily basis.
🚩 Identify and flag content that violates regulations and policies.
📖 Stay updated on content policies and guidelines provided by our esteemed clients.
💡 Provide constructive feedback for the enhancement of policies, tools, and processes.
🎓 Train team members on daily tasks when required by management.
😊 Foster a positive working environment in all internal and external interactions.
