    A Snapshot of Your Day

    We are looking for pro-active and committed Sales and Operation Planner (S&OP) for our planning team. The primary responsibilities of this role are to facilitate the regional S&OP process for the Service Spare Parts business within assigned NE&ME (North Europe & Middle East) countries. This includes a rolling Follow Up process and preparation of the monthly S&OP meeting using cross functional input.

    As Sales and Operation Planner you will manage the Sales & Operation processes and support the Head of NE&ME Planning and provide deep dive analysis of red and yellow KPIs. You will also facilitate resolution and action plans for the issues. In this connection you will work closely with the Operational business & Global Planners and other relevant stakeholders to assess red KPIs.

    How You'll Make an Impact

    • Supporting ABC/Product Segmentation and inventory analysis for spare parts.
    • Using historical data and forecast data to identify safety stocks for existing wind farms as well as supporting new wind farms to prepare for spare part requirements.
    • Running a planning process mainly for minor components but also for main components if needed.
    • Understanding and ensuring master data issues get into the loop.
    • Managing Supply Chain Risk Assessments.
    • Supporting wind farms with inventory optimization.
    • Monitoring the Monthly Demand Forecast changes and handle a follow up process.

    What You Bring

    • Experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in similar field.
    • Degree in business administration, logistics, technical discipline or similar would be an advantage.
    • An understanding of the specific needs for a spare parts planning process with unpredictable demand.
    • Background and understanding of supply chain management principles such as Planning, Purchasing, Forecasting, and Logistics would be an advantage.
    • Drive building up strong customer & stakeholder relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
    • Possess computer skills/ability to work with various software packages.
    • High competency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
    • Working knowledge of SAP/APO is an advantage but not a requirement but important is that you understand the importance of a good master data quality in general.
