    Cerinte

    Qualifications:
    • Graduated from university or in the final year of study in information technology, electronics, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support and data entry (experience with SAP/CRM preferred).
    • Proficient in written and spoken English for business communication.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
    • Proactive and collaborative team member.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Customer-focused and committed to quality service.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
    • Taking full responsibility for all Customer Service Support activities to ensure and enhance customer
    satisfaction.
    • Processing RMA requests for product failures in accordance with company guidelines for warranty and non-warranty repairs.
    • Assisting customers and sales representatives with any inquiries, requests, or complaints until resolution is achieved.
    • Managing and expediting notifications and orders, monitoring them through to completion.
    • Referring sales opportunities to the field team.
    • Collaborating closely with depots and other departments to ensure timely processing of repairs and orders.
    • Responding promptly to customer requests, calls, or emails and contributing to continuous process
    improvement initiatives.
    • Resolving support tickets within the agreed-upon timeframe.
