Working Student – Workforce Transformation & People Development

A snapshot of your day
As a Working Student on the Workforce Transformation Team, you will be instrumental in helping us evolve the way we work in procurement at Siemens Energy.
How You will Make an Impact

• Assisting in the planning and rollout of new People Development initiatives that will help our procurement team work more efficiently
• Working alongside team members to help communicate changes and updates to the wider procurement department
• Helping to organize training sessions and materials to educate our team
• Providing administrative support for various transformation projects, such as scheduling meetings and documenting project progress
• Gathering and analyzing data on our current development processes to find ways to improve them
• Developing own ideas and active participation e.g., in the organization of workshops or the creation of trainings
• Creating and designing internal websites (SharePoint) to ensure data transparency
• Supporting creative communication activities such as newsletter articles, video creation or social media posting to inform procurement about important procurement topics

What You Bring

• Current studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) with a business administration, information technology, human or social science orientation
• Interest in the topic of cultural change, employee development and transformation as well as affinity for digital technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills, creative, communicative, pragmatic and enthusiastic personality
• Independent approach to work, high sense of responsibility, proactivity and team spirit
• Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with colleagues across multiple functions and locations
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); if you know another language, that's a bonus
• Facilitation and moderation skills & experience in workshop and training design is a plus
