    Cerinte

    Studii superioare in contabilitate/economie;
    Experienta de minimum 1 an pe un rol similar;
    Utilizarea anterioara a softului SAP/ERP similiar;
    Limba engleza – nivel conversational;
    Excelente abilitati de organizare, atentie la detalii, comunicare.

    Responsabilitati

    Inregistrarea facturilor de leasing in SAP;
    Monitorizarea si inregistrarea zilnica a incasarilor de la clienti, dar si a facturilor de avans/facturilor manuale;
    Transmiterea notificarilor catre clienti pentru recuperarea creantelor neincasate;
    Actualizarea si gestionarea bazei de date a clientilor;
    Reconcilierea cu clientii/furnizorii si colaborarea in auditul anual al situatiilor financiare;
    Asigurarea procesului corect al deconturilor si arhivarea documentelor suport;
    Monitorizarea contractelor de servicii precum curatenie, transport pentru angajati si arhivare documente;
    Asigurarea stocului permanent si identificarea de solutii eficiente pentru produsele necesare la birou;
    Acordarea numere de inregistrare pentru diverse documente.
