Gi Group is searching for a Junior HR Generalist for it's client, company established in 1992 with more than 30 years of expertise as packaging supplier.
Contract duration: 12 months
Work schedule: 5 days per week; 6 hours per day - depending on the possibilities of the candidates (eg: 8:00 - 14:00; 10:00 - 16:00)
Location: Berceni near the "Tudor Arghezi" metro station
Ideal candidate:
Entry-level experience in human resources, preferably with exposure to recruitment tasks;
Limited experience in posting job advertisements, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews;
Basic understanding of administrative tasks related to document management, such as preparing employment contracts and archiving documents;
Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel is a must);
English - working proficiency;
Human resources inspector certificate - not mandatory but desirable;
Knowledge of basic labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment;
Basic proficiency in data collection and reporting for internal audits and records;
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities;
Desirable experience of at least one year in human resources in companies with at least 100 employees or experience in a company that offers external human resources services.
Main Responsibilities:
Assistance in Production Staff Recruitment:
Ensuring assistance in the recruitment process for production staff (both skilled and unskilled workers);
Providing support in posting job advertisements and screening CVs;
Scheduling and organizing interviews, including initial and selection interviews;
Assisting in scheduling medical examinations and other evaluations required in the hiring process.
Document Management (Administrative):
Transmitting necessary data to service providers for the preparation of administrative documents, including employment contracts, additional agreements, and other relevant hiring documents;
Ensuring that all documents are prepared in a timely manner and in accordance with legal and internal requirements;
Archiving documents in employees' files and managing signatures on older documents requiring archiving;
Administration of the benefits package and preparation of medical leave recovery file.
Reporting:
Collecting and providing information regarding job vacancies and employment requests for unemployment reports;
Creating and presenting periodic reports for internal audits and for the internal records of the Human Resources department.
Logistics Support:
Providing logistical management to support internal training and other events organized by the Human Resources department;
Collaborating with other departments to ensure logistical support for specific events and projects.
