For instance, the Core Engineering team oversees a C/C++/Rust/Golang codebase, responsible for implementing crucial functions within our stack, including real-time messaging, signaling, and high IOPS real-time databases. Meanwhile, the NeuroBridge team is multidisciplinary, developing methodologies and software that bridges the gap from raw data to AI-powered processes.

Technical Skills

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field is essential
• Proven software development experience, with expertise in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, Node.js, Go, C, C++, Rust, Swift, Kotlin, Python
• Good understanding of web services (REST, gRPC) is crucial
• Proficiency with version control principles and advanced Git knowledge
• Deep knowledge in unit, integration and end-to-end testing
• Understanding of secure coding practices, vulnerability assessment, and security auditing tools
• Skills in SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization
• Basic experience with large-scale system design
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containers, and orchestration tools
• Basic understanding of AI-related terminology, underpinning the shift towards AI-powered processes
• Knowledge of the Linux operating system is highly beneficial

Professional Skills

• Capable of approaching complex problems methodically to find efficient solutions
• Understanding Agile methodologies for efficient collaboration and task management
• Proficiency in crafting clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for software, APIs, and user guides
