For our business partner, a company specializing in turnkey projects (including interior design) for retail shops&bank offices and an authorized distributor of Jotun paints in Romania, we are looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager (construction).

Main qualifications:

Whether you’re a recent Mechanical or Civil Engineering graduate or have up to 1-2 years of professional experience, we’re excited to welcome you aboard.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Organized and detail-oriented.
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed within projected timelines and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to time, cost, and quality.
Support construction projects by adhering to company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
Learn the ropes of turnkey construction projects, including managing subcontractors, preparing contracts, overseeing architectural and electromechanical aspects, creating work schedules, obtaining permits, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Keep meticulous records for store openings and local authorities’ requirements.
Provide on-site support throughout every project phase.
