    Location: Bcuharest, full time role – office based.

    As a Sales Team Lead, you will be instrumental in growing the overall commercial presence in Romania. You will lead a talented team, devise strategic sales plans, and foster relationships with key partners. Your goal will be to expand our merchant base, drive business development projects, and ensure the highest standards of service for our partners.
    What You Will Do:
    - Design and execute sales plans to scale our merchant base.
    - Lead, grow, and motivate our business development and success management teams in Romania.
    - Own the lead generation process and manage the progress of ongoing business development projects.
    - Mentor and develop the commercial team through effective communication, team building, motivation, and recognition.
    - Focus on continuous process improvement to maintain efficiency and growth.
    - Understand key partners' needs and ensure proper communication with internal stakeholders.
    - Conduct effective resource planning to maximize productivity.
    - Introduce and monitor a performance management framework (KPIs, goal setting, tools, and processes).
    - Partner with key stakeholders to set the strategic direction of the team by identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities and business challenges.

    Responsabilitati

    What We Are Looking For:
    - 3+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development roles, with proven experience in key account management.
    - Fluency in English.
    - Experience in leading sales and BD teams is a plus.
    - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or relevant fields.
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a listener, presenter, and people-person.
    - Ability to motivate and influence team members to develop their skills.
    - Strong analytical skills to translate data and sales statistics into actionable plans.
    - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to follow through on client contracts.
    - Proven results in delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
    - Results-driven, passionate, humble, and willing to roll up your sleeves when necessary.
