Working Student - IT Employee Engagement & Change Management

• Help to develop texts in English and visual designs for various internal channels
• Help maintain our Intranet and SharePoint pages
• Contribute to develop and implement various employee engagement activities
• Support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal events, workshops and meetings
• Might act as a community manager for several internal communities we have in the company

• You're currently a student (bachelor/master) preferably in a Communication Sciences, Business Administration or comparable field
• You are familiar with the concept of products / systems / solutions
• Understand business models, strategies, finance and processes
• You have a talent in writing messages and communications
• Experience in creating simple or advanced visuals like PowerPoints, banners, postcards, videos as well as use the relevant tools
• You have knowledge about the market and the competition and understand the competition from a strategic and financial point of view
• Understand the needs of customers and other contractual partners
• Clear and effective communication in English
• Comfortable working in teams and building strong relationships across cultures
• Pro-active mind-set, flexibility, and adaptability to changing work requirements
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, adaptability, good time management and organizational skills
