Site Supervizor Embankment & Asphalt

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site supervision, with specific experience in embankment construction and asphalt paving projects.
Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and safety practices related to embankment and asphalt paving projects.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and industry standards related to embankment and asphalt paving projects.

Supervise and coordinate the work of laborers, equipment operators, and other skilled tradespeople involved in embankment construction, grading, compaction, and asphalt paving operations.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to project plans and safety protocols.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping, including daily logs, material quantities, and quality control reports.
Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure adherence to site-specific safety plans and regulatory requirements.
Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed within the allocated time and budget constraints.
