• Knowledge of using the MS Office suite, especially Excel
• Conversational level of English
• Have strong planning and organizational skills
• Be a good team player

Responsabilitati

• Identify and report all shipments that need to be declared to the ANAF
• Regularly check for missing shipments in the software/web portal
• Find and identify missing information related to these shipments
• Gather missing details from various sources like SAP or another system
• Submit all required information to the ANAF web portal
• Provide codes to logistics providers and customer service departments

Work Schedule: Full-time (Mon-Fri: 8 hours)

We operate in 3 rotating shifts: 08:00-16:00 / 16:00-24:00 / 00:00-08:00 (the 2nd and 3rd shifts are remote)
