    Cerinte

    University education (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field)
    1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role is preferred.
    - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Romanian and English, including ability to interact effectively at different levels throughout the organization.
    - Able to meet deadlines and maintain high level of accuracy

    Responsabilitati

    - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    - Follow-up with leads and opportunities
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities in the company’s CRM system.
    - Work closely with the marketing and management teams for business development activities
    - Support in organizing internal and external events with clients and partners
    - Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
    - Administrative tasks (offers, invoices, contracts, database updates)
