Requirements:

-Technical education
-Knowledge of network planning techniques and critical path analysis
-Minimum 3-5 years work experience in scheduling for Oil and Gas industry
-Good knowledge of Primavera P6
-Fundamental understanding of resource planning, productivity factors, construction workflows, mutual obstructions of workflows etc.
-Fundamental understanding of linkage and interdependencies between projects/subprojects within a program
-Written and verbal communication skills in English language

Responsibilities:

-Sets-up, monitors and reviews an integrated master plan / schedule. Validates each third party schedule.
-Prepares and oversees preparation of the projects schedule as per the contracts. Liaises with project team’s representative to establish the Schedule based on key dates as specified in the contract
-Facilitates the development of a projects S–Curves and update on a monthly basis taking into account delays and feedback from project team, subcontractors (Engineering Companies, Construction Companies, Vendors)
-Prepares the work measurement metrics to be further used in monitoring activities.
-Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools.
-Recommend and implement modifications to improve effectiveness and attain projects milestones.
-Ensure to take appropriate planning measures with all subcontractors to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets.
-Ensure to convey required project data and information to project teams.
-Develop the Monthly progress report (including areas of concern, risks etc.); covering all projects.
-Ensure a traceable scheduling for each project.
