Senior Analyst (Digital Lending)

The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

• A university degree or advanced diploma in a software engineering-related discipline.
• General banking knowledge (products, banking services, etc.) and expertise in the lending area (lending products, lending flow, digital streams, etc.).
• Previous experience (minimum 5 years of experience) in a similar position.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements, designing and testing REST APIs, and creating solution/sequence diagrams.
• Quick adaptability to new technologies with minimal formal training.
• Proficiency in utilizing Atlassian Tools: Jira and Confluence, along with draw.io and plantUML skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of and experience within the Credit Risk and Credit Risk modeling areas in the financial industry is a plus.
• Familiar with varying project environments (Waterfall, Scrum/Agile).

• Uncovering and clarifying requirements through effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Utilizing visual modeling techniques to ensure clarity and consensus in solutions.
• Supporting the design of exceptional user experiences and intuitive interfaces.
• Playing a key role in solution design, development support, and rigorous testing.
• Conducting comprehensive gap analysis to seamlessly integrate various vendor systems and provide accurate requirements.
• Crafting meticulous requirements documentation, user stories, use cases, workflows, wireframes, and mockups using the capabilities of Jira and Confluence.
• Ensuring that product/journey specifications are up to date.
