    Philip Morris Trading SRL, based in Bucharest, is responsible for the sale and merchandizing of PMI brands throughout the country. We have a dynamic brand portfolio that includes top international brands such as IQOS, Marlboro, Chesterfield, L&M and Virginia Slims. Philip Morris Trading SRL was established in 1997 and today employs more than 250 people in its head office and regional sales offices.

    Philip Morris Romania SRL is our manufacturing factory based in Otopeni and employs more than 1000 people. The factory has recently received a 490 million euro investment in becoming a new tobacco products – HEETS for the IQOS tobacco heating system. The factory serves the international demand of countries as Japan, but also EU countries where IQOS is sold.

    We are also strongly committed to making a difference in the communities where our employees live and work. We support non-profit organizations in the fields of education, culture, domestic violence prevention, and the fight against hunger and extreme poverty.

    Who we’re looking for:

    - Team player.

    - Minimum 2-3 years of paid digital marketing experience, ideally within the FMCG industry or advertising agency.
    - Understanding of digital paid media strategies (PPC, Social, Display, Programmatic).
    - Understanding of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture key metrics.
    - Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
    - Excellent critical thinking skills - effectively weight the strengths and weaknesses of different solutions and approaches.
    - A highly goal-oriented individual, a problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Very good command of the English language (writing and speaking).
    - Presentation skills.

    About the role

    Your primary responsibilities will be the content strategy, implementation, and optimization of paid media campaigns across our entire RRP portfolio. This is a highly collaborative role and an important pillar in our omni-channel approach of the consumer journey.

    Your ‘day to day’:

    - Work seamlessly with cross functional teams and stakeholders to define the paid media strategy, manage project timelines, approvals and feedback, including audience definition, relevant data and targeting, and overall campaign media and creative strategy - the end result being multiple successful and effective paid campaigns.
    - Develop and manage awareness, lead generation, and remarketing campaigns.
    - Manage budgets and campaigns across all paid media channels to drive funnel conversion and strong ROAS and CPA.
    - Partner with the regional digital hub in crafting and executing the paid media strategy.
    - Work with the brand team, consumer experience stream leaders, and other internal stakeholders to ensure paid digital marketing initiatives are "on brand" with the products, promotions, and overall business strategy.
    - Work proactively with multiple external agencies to make and implement recommendations for new and existing campaigns.
    - Develop a robust test and learn plan to improve advertising creative, keywords, audience segments, and overall efficiency of all paid tactics.
    - Track the achievement of the paid media objectives and strategic KPIs on a regular basis throughout the year. Partner with the Digital Analytics stream and external media agencies to develop campaign performance reports. Present findings, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
    - Analyse competitive marketplace and follow digital marketing trends.
    - Always be up to date to the latest developments in the paid digital marketing field and actively suggest new and innovative ways to increase the efficiency and relevance of all activities, programs, and initiatives deployed.
