    Role description

    The Project Manager is responsible for the governance and project management initiatives within the Security department. The Project Manager will ensure that the activities of the Security projects workstreams are managed in a consistent manner, while challenging progress made and ensure proper governance over decisions needed for work to be signed off. The Project Manager will also help the different teams to mitigate the project risks and dependencies to make sure there is progress towards the project's milestones. All these activities are needed to help the program to deliver against the shared objectives and goals.

    Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

    • Apply and structured methodology to and lead project/change management activities.
    • Design and implement project governance and delivery structure to ensure efficient delivery, communication and decision making.
    • Document program objectives, requirements and success criteria, KPIs, planning, risks and dependencies and in general project status reports
    • Drives the program scoping, planning and execution working with the FareHarbor and Booking.com teams, and creating associated documentation to ensure project objectives are met on agreed timelines
    • Own the successful delivery of the end to end projects lifecycle for technical implementations of security solutions (data security, infrastructure security, business continuity and disaster recovery and/or cyber defense).
    • Ensure a project closing and correct handover to business as usual covering NIST and SOC2 requirements.

    Role Qualifications and Requirements

    • Previous relevant experience of 1-3 years
    • PMP of equivalent certification is preferred
    • Experience in leading change management activities
    • Proven experience of managing end to end integration with an ability to understand multiple security solutions
    • Ability to work effectively and influence up to senior manager
    • Understanding of infrastructure security, data security and/or cyber defense
    • Experience working and managing multicultural teams
    • Ability to manage a large number of stakeholders and build consensus
    • Proven track record of developing and maintaining valuable stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization.
    • Solid understanding of change management and able to guide people through change
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Advanced English knowledge
