For our business partner, a company that has stood for solutions for DIY enthusiasts and craftspeople, for home, garden, and leisure for over 20 years, we are looking for a motivated Area Sales Representative in the South-East region of Romania.
You will ensure current customers have the right products and services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers.
In this role you will promote a wide range of products in the field of power tools and tool accessories.
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of experience in a technical sales role.
Relevant experience in the field of power tools or tool accessories
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Technical knowledge (mechanics, electricity, heat engines)
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Clear and concise communication both spoken and written in English;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Entrepreneurial way of thinking.
Results-oriented.
Active in solving any problems that arise regardless of their nature.
Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory
Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Responsible for achieving the company's short and medium-term objectives.
Detailed knowledge of products and competition.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Presents the company's products to customers, and works actively to establish and increase active assortments.
Actively participates in training and presentations for B2B and B2C products.
Makes periodic analyses of customers, prices, products, and competition.
Constantly visits customers and stores.
