Education/ Training: University degree

Professional experience:

Professional experience is an advantage

Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel

Initial experience with SAP R/3 HR desirable

Languages:

Good to excellent German (minimal B2)

Good to excellent English (minimal B1)

What will you do


Process mass data in the SAP R/3 HR payroll system

Check and approve travel expenses of German employees in accordance with internal and tax regulations

Carry out cost-effectiveness audit of Deutsche Bahn concession cards

Check travel bookings associated with travel expense reports

Analize completeness and data inconsistencies as well as ensure quality checks of individual and mass data entries

Clarify individual cases with employees, contacts in HR and the Tax Department
