Job Description

• Act as a support for the digital sales team in improving the quality of DISH database and digital customer's online presence
• Customer Success management: development and support via online trainings of digital customers with professional bundles
• Performs statistical analysis to advise on business decisions
• Continualy improve ongoing reporting and analysis process
• Participate to meetings with business users in order to understand the business requirments and convert the need into flexible intelligence tools

Qualifications

• Customer centricity
• Ability to work independently and also function as a team player
• Hands-on altitude, detail oriented
• Experience in working in Excel, PowerPoint
• Online presentation skills
• Experience working woth Salesforce.com would be e benefit
