Internship Salesforce- Consultant/Business Analist

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Intern. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, working alongside experienced professionals in the field. The selected candidate will have the chance to contribute to real-world projects, learn industry best practices, and develop essential skills.

We want you to join us on our journey with:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• General knowledge on Salesforce platform
• Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, Java)
• Organizational and planning skills
• Teamwork attitude
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Good relational skillsLanguage skills
• Good English knowledge (upper intermediate level)

We create the context for you to develop with the help of a mentor, learning to:

a. CONSULTANT

• Work with the Salesforce CRM application team on functionalities of the Salesforce platform
• Configuration and administration tasks on Salesforce platform
• Analyze requierments and propose solutions to implement requiered functionality
• Provide support to other team members.
• Provide support to department activities.

b. BUSINESS ANALIST

• Performing requirements analysis and prioritizing initiatives based on business needs
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
• Work with the Salesforce CRM application team on functionalities of the Salesforce platform
