Previous experience working as a junior recruiter.
Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Good problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work productively in a fast-paced environment
Experienced with working towards targets and deadlines

Responsabilitati

Their responsibilities include actively searching for potential candidates on various job boards such as EJobs, Best Jobs, LinkedIn, and helping the team for quarterly events.
Write and post job descriptions
Source potential candidates on classical and niche platforms
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Interview candidates combining various methods, if that's the case;
Onboard new hires
