    Requirements

    We are looking for an ambitious Legal Office Team Leader for our business partner, a leading provider of essential business services to help companies and private capital funds grow across the entire business and investment lifecycle.

    In this role, you will oversee legal professionals, provide guidance, manage compliance, foster effective leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal matters.


    Your Profile:

    A degree in law or a related field, along with relevant certifications (e.g., bar admission, legal practice course).
    At least 4+ years of experience as a legal professional, preferably in corporate law, contracts, or compliance.
    Proven ability to lead and motivate a legal team, delegate tasks, and manage performance.
    Demonstrated ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a legal team, fostering collaboration, ethical conduct, and professional growth.
    Familiarity with accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
    Ability to identify legal risks related to financial transactions, contracts, and business operations.
    Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
    Strong analytical skills to address complex legal issues and find practical solutions.
    Upholding professional ethics and confidentiality.
    Working closely with finance, compliance, and management teams.

    Responsibilities

    Coordinate the department's activity and ensure that the documents are prepared correctly and promptly
    Provide support to subordinate members to correctly prepare the documents for the Trade Register and Tax authorities
    Provide support for the correct preparation of power of attorney documents for the tax authorities
    Review internal contracts and any other internal legal documents
    Review contracts and documents sent for signature to the clients to whom the company offers directorship services
    Develop the company services in the MCS area (KYC, AML, etc.)
    Provide support for the establishment of companies, registration for VAT purposes, and opening of bank accounts
    Manage the relationship with banks, law firms, the Trade Register, etc.
    Provide support on commercial law cases
    Attend meetings with clients and potential clients
    Develop business relationships with law firms
    Manage the client portfolio from the perspective of compliance with legal provisions (e.g. register of associates, UBO, etc.)
    Establish the department's development strategy together with the general manager.
