A Snapshot of Your Day
In this high visibility and dynamic role, you will be responsible in collaborating with Process Experts from Grid Technologies Services Organization in order to improve their processes. This includes analyzing their business processes, identify inefficiencies, propose process standardization and use process automation to further eliminate manual/inefficient work. You will need to create process documentation design documents that describe the automation requirements. You will work with internal customers to prioritize initiatives based on the highest impact and eventually re-engineer the process before atomizing it. An understanding of user centered design, empathy for end users of the product and the ability to effectively gather customer pain points and identify solutions is critical. Automation development knowledge is crucial in order to implement the respective automations required by the organization.
This role demands automation development knowledge, strong collaboration, communication, and partnering skills, clear business understanding, operational mindset, and creative problem-solving skills.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Map the current existing process and identify inefficiencies and potential for re-engineering/automation, in alignment with your internal Customer's need
- Develop required Process Automation that fits best the current condition of the process
- Maintain developed RPAs/RDAs: track degree of usage, implement change requests if required
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and redesign across the organization
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to identify needs, ensure collaboration, as well as evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies whenever required.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for process automations
- Successfully manage automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent with total 3-5 years of experience working in UiPath RPA Platform
- Proved experience in RPA implementation, ideally using UiPath
- Proved experience in process re-engineering
- Understanding of SDLC phases - requirements definition, architecture design, build/configuration, testing, UAT, and operational transition
- High interest in process improvement and ability to generate creative solutions
- UiPath Business Analyst certification is a plus.
- UiPath Developer certification is a plus.
- Experience at identifying RPA opportunities and preparing PDD/SDD
- Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/SCRUM/Kanban project management concepts.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to influence and articulate clear, measurable objectives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders of varying backgrounds as well as experience managing external stakeholders.
- Business fluency in English is key, proficiency in German is beneficial
