    Requirements

    Technical affinity proven by studies, experience or personal projects.
    - Excellent English skills (written & spoken).
    - Very good communication skills.
    - Optional: Experience in Customer Support.
    - Fresh graduates or students are welcomed also.
    - Availability to work on 24/7 flexible schedule.

    Responsibilities

    As a Technical Support Representative you should do the following:

    - Available to work on 24/7 shifts, with only 1-2 night shifts per week
    - You will be offering technical help-desk to those customers that are using routers, modems and other peripherals and to those customers that are using gaming devices (presales and postsales technical support).
    - We have 15 open positions for full time employment.5 days/week: day, evening and night (including weekends).
