Digitalization Specialist - Trade Finance

As financial digitalization specialist you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the digital transformation and enhancement of reporting and processes within TCF GDI.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Leading the transition to a digitalized controlling environment by implementing & managing dashboards, reports, and visualizations for the function
• You will be a core part of managing digitalization projects in close collaboration with the TCF GDI internal teams.
• Exploring opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency within the team.
• Assessing and implementing new technologies to optimize operational processes (forecasting, financial analysis, reporting and controlling) and drive innovation within the TCF GDI organization.
• Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital initiatives to drive performance and effectiveness.

What You Bring

• You have completed a university degree in informatics or finance.
• You have 3+ years of professional experience in forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and controlling within a multinational controlling environment.
• You have a very high affinity for IT technologies and have good knowledge of Business intelligence software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) & Robotics Process Automation. Knowledge of Programming skills (e.g. Visual Basic, Python) would be a plus.
• You enjoy expanding your knowledge and are interested to learn more about Trade Finance; previous knowledge about Treasury, Trade Finance, Corporate Finance or Banking is a plus.
• You know how to work under pressure, have strong analytical and conceptual skills and are comfortable to work in an intercultural team.
• You are business fluent in English; German knowledge is a plus.
