Gi Group is recruiting Customer Service Agents - Remote (Italian, French, German) for one of its clients, a global service provider specializing in customer experience and business process outsourcing services.

Working mode: full remote
Contract: for an indefinite period of time or 1 year with possibility of extension, depending on the project

Requirements:

Very good knowledge of FRENCH/ITALIAN/GERMAN - written and spoken;
Very good knowledge of English;
Previous experience is not mandatory;
Proactive attitude;
The ability to solve emerging situations, with an emphasis on attention to detail;
Opening for a shift work schedule and also weekends.

Responsibilities:

You will manage interactions with customers via chat, email, voice and social networks;
You will provide an optimal level of service in order to obtain the best resolution for customers;
You will advise clients on the best approach based on their needs and requests.
