Finance Admin Associate Part Time / Full Time

✔What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a determined who have either of following skillsets:Attention to detail, problem-solving and time-management
Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel etc)
We are not looking for huge experience, but definitely for:Vast desire and hunger to win;
Eagerness and flexibility to learn and change - same shared across our ambitious team;
Good command of English is necessary to liaise with multinational clients - and taking most of international trainings at Hays.

📁 Responsibilities

Thus we are looking for a Finance Admin Associate – either Part Time (4 hours/day) or Full Time.

In this role you would be responsible for:Produces on-demand reports for the finance department and the hiring division;
Manages and processes verified data from vendors and contractors such as contracts and invoices;
Make sure that the terms of the contract are clear to the parties and that they are met;
Transmits data for activity reports in accordance with internal policies and procedures;
Closely collaborates with the finance department, contractors and the IT contracting recruiting team;
