Role description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cyber Security Intern to support our security team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with experienced professionals, gain practical knowledge, and contribute to real-world projects. The intern will become a key resource within the Central BHI Cybersecurity Team, engaging in a variety of projects and tasks related to our current workstreams.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Track open items identified through the Cyber Assurance Program across multiple functions, ensuring timely resolution and compliance in coordination with BHI teams.
• Assist in cybersecurity procurement efforts by gathering requirements from BHI Brands, engaging with vendors for follow-up, and helping identify areas of opportunities under the guidance of the Procurement and Security teams.
• Support various functional teams by assisting in daily work and troubleshooting areas of concern, ensuring smooth operations and addressing security issues under the supervision of functional team leads.
• Develop and organize materials for internal and external meetings and conferences, facilitating effective communication and information sharing in collaboration with the BHI security team.
• Provide administrative support for cybersecurity projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting notes.
• Assist in the review and organization of cybersecurity documentation and resources, ensuring they are easily accessible to team members.
